One day the gate to the different world was open in this town, and the invader from the different dimension called "kinkaimin" (neiba) infringed upon an area. However, the kaikyoboeikiseki "frill" which appeared suddenly repulsed kinkaimin then and built up a huge base in a short term and fixed the defense system. Then it is 1992. A transfer student named the unoccupied play truth came over to the junior high school of Osamu Mikumo which belonged to the border. The play truth having "the trigger" which carrying was permitted only in the border said to Osamu. "I came from the world of the gate over there. When you say, this "kinkaimin" is a guy. The play truth and Osamu, the story of two people begin to change.
